Zenith is a 2019 award-winning modern home in Kelowna by Bercum Builders, a Kelowna custom home builder known for stepping into complex projects and delivering at the highest level. We took Zenith over partway through construction, the structure and roof were in place, with some mechanical roughed in, and finished the home with our usual focus on quality and coordination. The result is a 9,828 sq ft lakefront residence defined by clean modern lines, expansive entertaining decks, and floor-to-ceiling European-style windows that dissolve the line between inside and out. A private tram runs from the home down to the dock, since the property sits well above the lake. Inside, the home features a large kitchen, a golf simulator, a downstairs professional-grade gym, and a custom infrared sauna. Despite its scale, Zenith feels like a family home, a defining example of luxury custom home building in Kelowna.
